Vrše

Description of mountain:
850 meters high hill Vrše over which runs a border of TNP, is rising south-west above the village Blejska Dobrava, or east from the settlement Kočna at Jesenice. Even though there don't lead marked paths, hill is one of destinations for hikers of surrounding villages. From one of the paths to its peak, is opening up interesting view on a slope of Karawanks with Koroška Bela, few 10 meters below the summit, where on northeastern slope is situated a pleasant hunting cottage, a nice view is offered in Ljubljana basin, on part of the village Blejska Dobrava, and on Brezniške vasi (so-called) Dežele. On the very summit, which otherwise isn't equipped with an inscription book, in southwestern direction we get a view on the eastern slope of Mežakla, on part of Julian Alps from Triglav and Rjavina, and on neighbouring hill Boršt.
