Access to starting point:
A) First, we drive to Cerkno, and then we follow the signs for Bolnica Franja. We park on the settled parking lot by nearby inn.
B) To the starting point, we can also come from Gorenjska direction, namely through Davča or Leskovica.
Path description:
From the parking lot, we continue on a well-settled tourist path, from which already after few meters a marked path on Porezen branches off to the left. We continue straight and past numerous information boards we ascend to the entrance into a narrower part of gorge Pasica. Here we get help from wooden stairs, fence and on some spots also projecting roof against falling stones. This well-settled path, which all the time runs by the stream, which has also some smaller waterfalls, we follow all the way to renovated wooden shacks Bolnica Franja.
To view the hospital Franja it is necessary to pay an entrance fee.
