Brezovica

Description of mountain:
Brezovica is a mountain, which is situated approximately between Krapina and Đurmanec. From Strahinjčica, it is sharply divided with the gorge Krapinica. From the south and east, it has the appearance of a cone and it seems quite interesting. In the past, the mountain was quite popular among Krapina mountaineers, but when they built a mountain hut on a higher neighbouring Strahinjčica, it unfortunately went into oblivion. Few years ago, they built the mountain hut also on Brezovica, namely Ačkova koča, which is situated on the south side, at the end of the village Petrovsko, far from the peak.
On the top of Brezovica, there is a TV transmitter.
