Sveti Avguštin

Description of mountain:
Sv. Avguštin is a 504-meter-high hill about 4 km from Leskovec toward the Croatian border. It is the highest peak in this part of the Haloze region, crowned by two small churches: St. Augustine and St. Magdalene from 1790. Just 3 meters from the church is a large stone with a marker from the time of Maria Theresa, indicating the border between Croatia and Slovenia.
