Sveti Primož nad Kamnikom is a popular tourist destination of residents of Kamnik and also other hikers. By the church of St. Primož and Felicijan there is snack bar Okrepčevalnica Sveti Primož, which is usually open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and by prior arrangement also other days. From the church a nice view opens up in the direction of Krvavec, surrounding hills and at the back on Škofjeloško hribovje.
